How To Build A Paper Airplane: The Champ
This is one "square" airplane which looks quite different than most of the others in our guides. I know it looks strange but you may be surprised to learn that it's one of the longest (if not the longest) flying paper airplanes. You'll need a single sheet of paper - letter size or A4.
Step 1
Mark the two initial folds. They need to start at 5cm / 2in from the edges on one side of the paper and end 1.3cm / 0.5in from the ends on the opposite side. Use a ruler.
Some Tips When Building Paper Airplanes
- You can use one-side colored paper like in our pictures. This way it's easier to follow the visual instructions.
- Paper airplanes are appropriate for kids and for adults. There is no age limit.
- You can use recycled or printed paper
- Feel free to experiment. Even if you can't understand some instruction you may end up creating a new model.
